The content of this website, including text, graphics, and the ALEZEM name and logo, belongs to ALEZEM LLC. Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, unless the agreement says otherwise. We keep ownership of our general methods, templates, and know-how.

Each party will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for the engagement.
8. No guarantee of results
We provide our services with care and skill, but business results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific financial or business outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALEZEM LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before it arose.
10. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as described in the service agreement and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
